World Food Programme
VIRTUAL – Oslo, Norway
We celebrated THE WORLD FOOD PROGRAMME when it was awarded The Nobel Peace Prize 2020. The WFP (World Food Programme) works as part of the broader humanitarian, multilateral, and United Nations system, with a shared commitment to reach those left behind. In partnership with EventLens, The United Nations – World Food Programme, and The Nobel Prize Association, we produced a highly engaging and thoughtful program that featured pre-recorded videos and a live segment from Oslo, Norway. Femi Oke, journalist and broadcaster joined us to present this award.

Once we heard of the monumental news that The World Food Programme won the Nobel Peace Prize we immediately turned to Patty and the EventLens team for their help to creatively storyboard a virtual show that struck the right chord of inspiration and somber reality of our important work ahead. From the beginning, the EventLens team seamlessly integrated with our WFP staff – working tirelessly together to produce a show that was deserving of this award. In four short weeks, they were able to pull off this high-level broadcast that was pushed out on various platforms and switched seamlessly with the ceremony live feed in Oslo.
