Meet Megan

Megan has over 12 years of experience as a consultant and advisor, including for the UN Foundation, the Executive Office of the UN Secretary-General, UNICEF, USAID and the Rockefeller Foundation, and various international campaigns, specifically around the health and wellbeing of our most vulnerable populations.

Megan Gemmell joined 196 Live in June 2022 as a project manager, helping to foster unique relationships with the United Nations and its partners and plan and execute purpose-driven events to advance the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).

She has worked with leaders from the UN, government, private sector, civil society and foundations, with a particular focus on public-private partnerships to advance our world’s most pressing challenges. She has a demonstrated ability to manage international campaigns and events, mobilize resources, build partnerships and work with diverse, global stakeholders. Megan is passionate about the health, wellbeing and rights of women and children and strongly believes in the power of partnerships to advance global goals.
